Cancellation Policy

It is the aim of this practice to provide quality dental care to our patients on schedule and to use clinical time effectively.  To achieve this aim we have an appointment cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation of an appointment

We respect the importance of your time and we work very hard to schedule appointments that accommodate the scheduling needs of all of our patients. We want you to know that we make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time.
 

Although we understand that things happen and schedules do change, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Broken, missed appointments, as well as late arrivals create scheduling problems for other patients as well as the practice.
 

Appointments are considered reservations and you will receive a reminder email/text or call prior to this appointment. If we are unable to reach you, we trust that you will keep your reserved appointment. Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling to attend a pre-booked appointment will result in a charge of $30.  We ask for your careful consideration regarding this matter.   In return, we promise to provide you with the very best dental care.

Currently, our office is closed to non-emergency procedures due to recommendations from the CDC, the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Association until June 1, 2020. We are open and seeing emergency patients by appointment only Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8am to 5pm.
